You would like to let your furnished apartment for a temporary period of time?
Then we are the right contact person for you. We´re the specialist in finding tenants for your furnished apartment, furnished flat or furnished house!

What are the costs for you?
Our service for landlords is free of charge!

Who needs furnished properties for short and long term rent? 
Most of our clients are in Stuttgart or Munich for a few months or years for professional reasons. Many are highly qualified specialists, working on a specific project for well-known companies (i.e.: Allianz, BMW, Bosch, Daimler, HP, IBM, KPMG, LBBW, Porsche, Siemens, Telekom, etc.). These international clients are looking for good to very good quality properties. The temporary tenant is usually the person who will be living in the apartment but sometimes the apartment will be rented by the company.

We arrange viewings
As soon as we have an client for your property, we will  arrange the appointments with you. 
If you are not available for viewings, we will gladly visit your apartment with clients and keep you informed of the results, free of charge. 

Will I be able to select the tenant myself?
This decision will of course remain with you. We will assist you in narrowing down the selection, simply tell us what you are looking for and we will look accordingly. 

Finalizing a rental contract
The rental contract is made between the landlord and the temporary tenant. In most cases Markus Hengstler Immobilien will draw up the contract in consultation with the landlord and the tenant and forward it to both parties to be signed. 

When does the tenant pay the deposit and the first months rent?
The first months rent and the deposit are normally paid in advance or at the handing over of the apartment.

How is the deposit paid?
The deposit is usually paid directly into the landlord's bank account and is returned to the tenant in cash at the handover of the apartment or transferred to the tenant's bank account within 2 weeks of the end of the contract.

If you are a tenant and will not be using your apartment for a certain amount of time, you can sublet your apartment. Therefore you need the permission from your landlord.

Cleaning service
We´re working with a company which is very reliable and trustworthy.
The company can offer you a weekly cleaning or a final cleaning at the end of the tenancy. Just ask us, we´ll inform you about the actual costs.
